Payment

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major forms of online payment including Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. 

How do I use PayPal to pay for my order?

When you ring out, choose PayPal as your payment option. Follow the pop-up prompts that ask you to log in to your PayPal account and confirm the order. You'll be led right back to the checkout page when you're done! 

Why was I charged twice for my order?

Worry not!! This may be a lingering issue from your initial attempt to purchase. If your credit card was declined during your first attempt, you’ll see a pending transaction in your account. We don't collect funds for declined transactions, so within the next few business days, you should see those funds release. 

 

Shipping

How long will my order take to process?

At the moment, all of our products are made-to-order. It will generally take about 5-7 business days to brew, quality check, and pack your order. 

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes! As long as the product has not been handed over to our shipping partners, you can change your address. Please contact our customer care team here with your order number and new address. 

Can I change the email address to my order?

Our system uses your email to keep track of your order and keep you updated on your order status. If you entered the wrong email, please contact us with all of the details you have (the incorrect email, your order number, and the name you purchased with).

Can I change the billing address for my order?

Unfortunately, the billing address you lock in with is the one that is used when charging, so we cannot alter that from our end. 

Can I modify my order after I’ve placed it?

As long as your order has not been marked for shipping, we should be able to adjust it. If your order has already been marked as shipped, then unfortunately, no further changes can be made. Drop us a line here with your order number and we can help you make the fix. 

How can I track my order? 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking information. 

Why don't you ship to my location?

We're currently shipping to a limited number of regions as we launch, but we expect to expand as we grow. 

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address?

Yes you may!

 

Order Issues

I received a package, but it wasn’t my order.

Please contact us here with your order number so that we can get your order fixed! We will follow up to ask for a photo of what you received so that we can resolve your issue accurately.

I received the wrong item.

Reach out to us here with your order number and we will follow up to request a photo of the items you received so that the situation can be resolved! 

I am missing item(s) in my order.

Oh no! Please contact us with your order number and the item you are missing. We can work it out! 

I received broken item(s) in my order.

Yikes! Hit us up here with your order number. We will follow up to ask for an image of the item so that we can confirm and resole your situation.

I received my package and have a problem!

Do you offer a rewards/loyalty program?

Not at the moment, but the future is ever-changing! 

Do you have any discounts available?

Not currently, but future collections and sales are planned as we grow! 

Do you have an influencer program? 

We do work with influencers, but at the moment, we don't currently have an open campaign. But we'd love to chat, regardless! Please contact us here and tell us about yourself so that we can reach out to you in the future.

 

About the Brand

Is Side Quest Cosmetics Cruelty-free?

Yes! We screen all of the vendors we work with for our ingredients to confirm that they are not testing on animals. 

Are the Adventurer's Inventory lip balms vegan?

Yes! Being as accessible as possible is a pillar of importance for us. Our lip balms use candelilla wax instead of beeswax and organic, vegan ingredients so that our vegan pals can use our products. 

Do you sell in retail stores?

Not yet, but hopefully someday soon. Currently, the only official Side Quest Cosmetics products are those sold directly from our website.
